Holy balls. Light, fried to a beautiful but not oily crispness. Very thinly sliced zucchini. Just shockingly well done.

You def can’t eat these with any kind of regularity but they’re so good

I’m always shocked by how much I like these. They’re kind of incredible.

They congealed pretty quick but when hot they were good. Also tossed the onions and hash that had fallen off my burger onto it. Good stuff!

I was kinda surprised how crispy these were!
