Out door dining for the first time in a while! Pretty good for lunch

Still haven't found a replacement to chef Steven's shaking beef of Bamboo Chopsticks El Sobrante but this would certainly do in a pinch!

It looked great but having to cook it at the table ourselves wasn'tnt sure what was the optimum way of cooking so it's not over cooked or undercooked. Erring on the side of overcooking, it's a little chewy and just ok
