AMAZING
1st DAN DAN RAMEN

This ramen got a Michelin star and it was well awarded, This ramen is packed with flavour, the noodles are perfectly cooked and the broth is to die for. Honestly I even got extra noodles to go with the sauce and I hardly ever do that.
2nd KOTTERI HAKATA TONKOTSU RAMEN

Hands down one of the best ramen, I have ever tasted! The broth was superbly done, not overpowering and all the flavours blended well together. The noodles were firm, the egg was cooked perfectly and the pork simply melted in your mouth. DEFINITELY A MUST TRY!!!

This spot in Vancouver does some good ramen. The chicken is crispy and packed with flavour. The broth is a perfect balance of chicken and pork! the best thing about this ramen is the fact you can choose a rich or light broth, for those that like a more subtle tast. The noodles were nice and firm

Noodles have good texture > good amount of noodles (best served firm). broth is not too salty so you can finish it no problem. It is served hot so it doesn’t harden towards the end of your meal. Also hot enough to get extra noodles. Nice combination of toppings and they’re defo not stingy about them.

I liked the fact we get to select the firmness of the noodle. The egg was perfectly cooked and the broth was full of flavour.

Very porky, which masked the taste of all other ingredients. Overall a good ramen.
7th VEGETARIAN RAMEN

This was a good vegetarian ramen. The broth was light and creamy, which was made with miso and soy milk. The ramem was topped with nice crunchy vegetables and a portbelo mashroom which added a meaty texture to the dish. The noodles were firm.
8th TRUFFLE RAMEN

The truffle ramen was alright but not mind blowing, unfortunately, I feel that they added too much truffle which just overpowered the whole dish. The egg was perfectly cooked and the noodles nice and firm.
9th KARE BUROSU RAMEN

I liked this ramen because not only was it vegan, it had a very intense flavour. It had a curry vegetable broth with pea shoots, carrot, chilli and coriander. The grilled mixed mushrooms were really tasty and the udon noodles were cooked perfectly. I didn't like the tofu because It was very soft and I like my tofu to have a bite to it.

10th CHASHU PORK RAMEN

This ramen was very disappointing, it was lacking in flavour, when when it got to me it was lukewarm and the pork was quite tough. The staff also were not friendly at all.
