Very good veal schnitzel deep pan fried in butter fat

Awesome crispy vegan schnitzel with a mushroom sauce next to potatoe cucumber salad.

This is actually more a cordon bleu with ham and Obazda cheese sauce as a filling. The filling is so much, that the Schnitzel is shaped like a ball! Very good with the potato cucumber salad.

This is the veal Wiener Schnitzel we all know and love with a local Frankfurter twist, next to buttered potatoes it comes with Grüne Sauce. This is a cold creme fraiche based sauce for potatoes with 7 specific green herbs. This is where the green color comes from.

A pork schnitzel with horseradish in the breading making it slightly sharp in taste. This thing was huge like all the schnitzel they offer. It was larger than my plate.

The pork cutlet like a breaded schnitzel with a covering of ham, cheese and a rich cream sauce. Not handsome, not light but quite tasty with a side salad.

Wow! Juicy meat, tasty sauce with fresh mushrooms and awesome fried potatos. Maybe a bit too salty but still very tasty. Love the restaurant as well: in the middle of the woods with a biergarden and a petting zoo.
