Deep chicken broth which takes over 30 hours to cook, simmer and extract the perfect essence. Only a small amount can be produced so we are limited to 20 - 30 servings daily. Standard Toppings: Karaage(fried chicken), Minced Chicken, Leek, Pakchoi, Chives, Dried Seaweed, Soft boiled Ajitama eggs

Nice lemony twist to an awesome chicken ramen

Probably the best only real japanese Ramen Restaurant in Munich. Good selection and the noodles are perfect. I chose the Takumi special Miso Ramen with ground beef in the broth for €14,80. Long lines to get a table. Come early before 18:00.

This chicken shoyu broth is really good. Takumi sets itself apart from other Ramen bars by their awesome noodles! Miss the egg though, should have ordered that as an extra.

Delicious.

The chashu pork and the egg together with the noodles were great. The broth could have had a bit more punch. They also offer quite a selection of vegan ramen.

As always, the vegan ramen is no match to a proper bowl of meat broth ramen. It was a basic miso ramen style. The highlight was the mock duck slices. Please excuse the bad photo, it was dark and I was hungry.
