At FICO Eataly World you can taste and buy everything Italy can offer. This is pasta made right here. It is basically one huge shopping mall food court. This pasta had the perfect bite with a sauce of bacon and sun dried cherry tomatoes. Worth the trip just outside of Bologna. There is even a shuttle bus service.

This pasta is firm and fat. They are a tuscan specialty from Sienna. Quite like the german Spätzle. Huge portion. But the Ragu was a bit too salty.
