Second course of the lunch menu classico. What a combo of fresh pasta an delectable sauce.

At FICO Eataly World you can taste and buy everything Italy can offer. This is pasta made right here. It is basically one huge shopping mall food court. This pasta had the perfect bite with a sauce of bacon and sun dried cherry tomatoes. Worth the trip just outside of Bologna. There is even a shuttle bus service.

At this local Rosticceria I had one of the best wild boar ragout pasta ever.

With a spectacular view onto Lago di Garda

This pasta is firm and fat. They are a tuscan specialty from Sienna. Quite like the german Spätzle. Huge portion. But the Ragu was a bit too salty.

Filled with stracciatella cheese from northern Italy sprinkled with bacon.

Pasta with a light sauce of top of turnip. The added chili gives a little kick and one sardine on top a lovely saltiness.

Amazing pasta with Walnuts. Wonderful wine bar next to the actual specialty store for cold cuts, fresh pasta and everything else.

Enjoyed with the view of the little port of Gargnano

Just Okay but the view on the lake in Como is very nice. Bellagio is just around the corner. Not the Las Vegas Hotel, the original town on the lake.

Wow. What a harmonious combination of creamy pumpkin while still having bite with exquisit shrimp.
