Braised ox cheeks with sliced bread knödel and white&yellow turnips covered in the voluptuous dark braising sauce.

Nice tender beef rolled with cucumber, pork and mustard in the center. The sauce was good on the mashed potatos

Braised beef with red cabbage and slices of bread dumpling. Beef was a bit dry but the rest was top.

Quite okay braised beef with a typical sour/sweet note. Accompanied by a rather firm Bretzl Knödel (Pretzel dumpling)

Sweet & sour roasted beef with the usual intensive and rich sauce. I would say an equivalent to an american BBQ sauce. Served with a bread dumpling. Love this neighborhood restaurant and the fact they serve Augustiner beer.

Beef cheeks braised in a dark sauce with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. Not too bad for a butcher’s lunch plate to go.
