Chicken & Mozzarella panini made with organic grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella, arugula, red onion and spicy sun-dried tomato mayo. Served with mixed organic greens with shaved pears, candied pecans, red grapes, gorgonzola and crispy leeks with poppyseed vinaigrette. Their homemade vinaigrette was so delish according to my son he requested that we buy the dressing! So we got a pint to go and he kept his promise and ate more salad at home!! Hooray!

Crispy breaded chicken cutlet, bianco tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, karolyn’s ricotta. Chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside. Tasty tomato basil pasta served on the side. Very hearty and homey dish! Comfort food at its best!
