Yuzu cured salmon, pickled carrot, pickled egg, pumpkin noodle, avocado. Tangy, refreshing, and just perfect! Pumpkin noodles had texture of al dente glass noodles. Very flavorful dish like everything else at this place! LOVE!

Creamy burrata cheese on a bed of arugula salad topped with persimmon and sesame seeds. This salad’s fruit changes seasonally, and this was a picture from October. WOW! Absolutely amazing salad! The texture of persimmon and burrata together was quite sensuous.

Tuesday lunch with my gf! Lunch @fire_and_brimstone in #barnoneaz @agritopia . At Barnone, there are several different vendors and you can order food at one place and go sit at different wine bar and they’ll bring you the food there. So you can sample different food from variety of sources and they serve you wherever within the “barn.” GF had Shaved farm salad with shaved veggies, fennel, watermelon radish, with chicken and citrus vinaigrette. I had the Fire and Brimstone pizza which’s a spicy pizza with merguez sausage, jalapeños, and cilantro. Crisp romaine tossed in homemade Caesar dressing, topped with prickly pear glazed chicken breast. I don’t know what they do to their chicken, but it’s like crack! I can eat this salad everyday! Woohoo!!
