Pan-fried Indian bread (roti) and grilled skirt steak served with green curry dipping sauce. This is my absolute favorite and one of the best roti not just for AZ but for anywhere! Perfect chewy consistency while fluffy and decadent without being oily. The sauce is super tasty too! In the background is an extra order of roti, because one order just isn’t enough! Four small pieces of roti and few strips of steak at $9 is a total rip off compared to $1 in Malaysia according to my friend, but we gotta pay premium here since there isn’t anybody who serve good ones such as this dish. :)
