1st ORECCHIETTE
Osteria Mozza, Los Angeleswith sausage and Swiss chard. Crispy bread crumb was sprinkled at the table. Perfectly al dente orecchiette was served in spicy meat sauce and the crispy bread crumb gave it exciting texture to the pasta. Last time I was in LA, I brought you spots from Pizzeria Mozza which’s a joint venture of Batali/Bastianich. I’ve been meaning to come to their sister resto Osteria Mozza (located right next door to Pizzeria Mozza) since then, and I’ve made it! I was very pleased with their overall food quality, but the service was a bit off. Oh well, food was great! :)
