Made with their amazing freshly baked baguette! Miso glazed black cod, do chua (traditional Vietnamese pickled daikon and carrots), cucumber, cilantro, mint, and soy harissa mayonnaise. This was absolutely delicious! I could totally live on this every day!! Yum!!

Best Banh Mi I’ve ever had!! Steamed pork roll, jambon ham, pork head cheese, garlic-butter, pork pate, mayo, cucumber, cilantro, picked carrots & daikon, jalapeño served on a homemade fresh baguette that’s cloudy soft inside and crispy outside. WOW!! Who would’ve thought that Salt Lake City of all places would have an amazing Vietnamese joint??
