The fillings themselves were well executed and fresh, as you would hoot form a fish market. They were a touch dry and prioritized texture over flavor. That being said, the accompanying sauces were nice and picked up the slack. Combined with the presentation in the steam basket, I found this to be a very pleasant and varietal meal.
