Amazing brekkie at Brunchroom, Amsterdam (which I booked online in advance as it’s quite small!) Started off with a black coffee and a fresh OJ, followed by a Greek yoghurt parfait with granola, maple syrup, bananas and berries, then a “Bacon Babes” poached egg wrapped in bacon with bread and butter and Sriracha sauce, and lastly half of a waffle, topped with Nutella, banana, dried cranberries, chia and mixed seeds.
