MexCocina Cafe, BurbankThe ribeye steak's cut very thin, so I was not surprised that they overcooked it. However, you shouldn't think of it as a ribeye steak but more like carne asada. As carne asada, it was very good. The seasoning was very nice and I ate every single bit. I appreciate it that they crisped the hashbrowns for me, but otherwise they were terrible. No flavor whatsoever. The waitress said that's because their older customers prefer it with no salt... Ick, no thank you
