With house cultured butter and sofrito. Crispy and wonderful flavor. The butter was so creamy that I thought it eas sour cream.

I really don't know how this is made. Shredded potatoes, cheese... I don't know what else but it is very flavorful. It is more like a potato dish than hash browns. I loved it ❤️

These are not hush puppies, they are actually potato balls. Potato mash, bacon, jack, cheddar, onions, tapatío crema.

The top was great, but the rest was just too subtle in flavor. Swiss and Grana Padano cheeses that I only barely noticed. No cheesy or creamy sauce to tie it together

It's similar to scalloped or au gratin potatoes. Sides are big enough to share. This was interesting and different from the normal potato offerings.

Mashed potatoes stuffed with meat and shaped into balls, then lightly breaded and fried. The Cuban version of potato balls is not my favorite (Puerto Rican claims that honor right now), but this one is ok. However, it was sitting in the garlic mojo sauce on the sampler plate, which did not help it...

We ordered a lot, so our food came family style, but this would have been served with the chicken kiev and the stroganoff.

Meh. Makes me appreciate KFC more.
