Tender and meaty with a wonderful smokey flavor and tasty rub. Barbecue sauce was just okay but the ribs didn't eat any.

These are very meaty, but still tender and smoky. Great with one of bbq sauces (we liked the spicy bbq sauce best)

That sauce makes everything better

Slow cooked big back pork ribs fire-grilled and served with seasoned fries and coleslaw. Added fried shrimp.

These were really good. They were crisp on the outside. They come served on top of fried brussel sprout leaves. That was surprisingly tasty.

They were spicy from the gochujang glaze. They had a nice crunch on the outside. Unfortunately they weren't as tender as we expected. #dineLA

sherry braised pork / firecracker aioli. Nicely crisper, but maybe a little overcooked. Sauce is just o.k. for me.
