6th PORTERHOUSE PORK CHOP
Posada, Livermoretomatillo sauce, escabeche carrots, arroz con leche with roasted corn. I've never had a savory arroz con leche. It was really good! A surprising discovery 🙂. This dish could have been rated higher, but there were some dry parts of the pork. If it had been cooked a little less, it would have been perfect for me.
