Pork out lunch special let's you choose 3 meats and 2 sides with choice of cornbread, hush puppies or biscuit. The Boudin Ball (Cajun-style pork sausage and rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into a large fritter with sriracha remoulade) was good. A little too big for my liking. Potatos and gravy were yummy, but I loved the Mac and cheese. It was so creamy! I was not a fan of the hush puppies. The Texas Hot Link was amazing!! Spicy and complex in flavor. The southern fried chicken was perfect. Flavorful and crunchy and juicy inside.

Just ok is NOT the response you want from a dish that costs $120. Caribbean Coconut Shrimp - good Blackened Filet - very good Blackened Redfish - very good Chicken Tchoupitoulas - terrible, mushy chicken Roasted Red Potatoes nope, tasted boiled and plain Seasoned Vegetables - nope again. No salt or flavor. Louisiana Bread Pudding Souffle - good but waited 45 minutes for it after our meal
