Yay! I chose correctly this time! The omelette was delicious and the hash browns were SOOO much better!

Tasty breakfast. Served with their delicious deep fried hash browns.

It was good. Crispy hash browns are always great.

Filled with Louisiana crawfish, gulf shrimp, andouille sausage and rex peppers. Topped with tomato hollandaise, tomatoes and green onions. This was really good! Potatoes were seasoned nicely. They have good andouille too.

With tomatoes, caramelized onions and blue cheese... I substituted cheddar for the blue cheese. The onions weren't really caramelized and there were a lot. Without most of them, it was very good. Ha ha, I guess I just made a whole different dish to suit me! You get your choice of bread, so I tried the banana bread... It was just okay 😕

The technical execution was perfect. This style of omelet just isn't our favorite. The salad was delicious.

Gruyere cheese and smoked country ham

Like a machaca that is not scrambled. Shredded beef, onions, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. Too many onions, but mostly good. Crispy hash browns but no seasoning

The chili was good, but there needed to be more of it. The chili to egg ratio was off. Potatoes were pretty good but not much flavor.

Bacon, cheese and tomatos. It was good

This was with green chili but they also have red chili

With bacon, mushrooms and onions. There was very little cheese and the veggies weren't really cooked at all.

Omelet okay. Hash browns needed seasoning. Also, they were barely browned (huge pet peeve).
