Grilled Patagonian octopus, Argentinian paprika sausage ragu, pine nuts, golden raisins and fresh tomato.
The BEST thing we ate! The octopus was wonderful and the chorizo was amazing! So flavorful and a perfect compliment to the octopus. #dinela
Octopus with vaudovan, fennel citrus salad, campari tomatoes, crème fraîche. Wow! the octopus was not the most tender and I've had better outside texture, but pairing it with that salad was genius! The vaudovan gave it such a unique flavor and enhanced the creme fraiche so well. I ate it all!
with romesco sauce, potatoes and arugula salad. I was not a fan of the salad, but they got an excellent cook on the octopus! Not a ton of flavor, but tender with perfect crisping on the outside.
The octopus and sausage were very good. It was a pretty small dish though with only four bites of octopus. Considering there are four of us sharing it, we were left wanting more.
Honestly, we don't really remember it... this was 4 months ago. If we had loved it, we would remember.
Pepian verde, saffron gastrique, squid ink potato, king oyster mushroom
We are octopus snobs. I would probably rate this a little higher based on the other things on the plate, but my husband would rate it lower, so I compromised with Pretty Good. The octopus was not as tender as we prefer and it was a little fishy tasting. However, the harissa aioli masked that. There was also brussel sprouts and chicharrones and bacon crumbles.
yukon potatoes, sherry vinegar, parsley, roasted garlic, olive tapenade. They just brought this back on their menu. This is not the best octopus I've ever had. The potatoes were okay. The octopus was a little chewy and dense, not in a bad way but different than what I've had before. It was a little more fishy in its flavor. I can do without the olives.
