Bun Bo Hue. With large vermicelli noodle, beef, pork, hue style pork sausage. Spicy and wonderful!

You can't tell from the picture, but this is a barrel of food! It easily fed 2 people. If you are not familiar, they put ramen in a bowl, topped with birria (stewed beef) and onions and then fill the bowl with the consomme that the beef cooked in. Delicious! I would have enjoyed even more onions on top.

Bone Kettle’s bone broth is made using time-honored cooking techniques and fresh, ingredients reflective of Southeast Asian traditions, made by boiling beef in filtered water with onions, garlic, ginger and a specific to Bone Kettle mix of dried spices, for 36 hours. This pour over soup had meat, onions, carrots, fresh herbs and meat. That broth is lovely. #dineLA

Shredded chicken, crispy pork, thick noodles, fried garlic, green and cilantro. A little gelatinous, but ok. Pork belly was pretty good.
