Wow. Poblano queso, chorizo crumble and a whole lobster. C'mon!

Lobster claw / cheddar / parmesan / crimini mushroom. Wow! The lobster and the mushrooms are NOT what makes this dish amazing...it's the sauce. That sauce is fantastic!!

So much YES. I have not been able to find a lot of mac and cheese to get excited about. This one is the best. The menu only says aged cheddar and breadcrumbs. They are holding out on us! The cheese is perfectly creamy but this actually has flavor! This is the ultimate comfort food. They do not have this on the brunch menu, so I was not able to get it last time. That was disappointing because I had heard so many raves about it. Make sure to go for lunch or dinner so that you can get this wonderful side dish.

Toasted 3 cheese sauce whipped in with macaroni. Sooo good! Barrel and Ashes has closed down for good, so this is my new favorite mac and cheese!

Have you ever made Stouffer's Mac and Cheese? You know how it gets brown around the edges and sometimes a little on top? Those brown bits are everything! This is the first time I've tried the mac and cheese here AND THEY HAVE THE BROWN EDGES in it!! Do they always have that in it?? I have to get this again to find out. Excellent discovery ❤️❤️❤️

This was really good, but really small. It had mushrooms and red onions , so this is not your kid's mac and cheese.

Roasted chicken, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, Parmesan breadcrumbs, green onions. It's more like a pasta dish than a mac and cheese dish. Sauce was not very cheesy.

Better than I expected!

There is a distinction here that I should have noticed: It's Mac & Cheese WITH lobster, not Lobster Mac & Cheese. The lobster is added after and just placed on top. Fortunately, the Mac and cheese is good on its own. The lobster is not very sweet. You can get this dish with bacon or short rib or bacon instead of lobster... that may be advisable.

My son LOVED this

Fresh macaroni with melted 3 cheese sauce. Very cheesy, which is good, but it needs more seasoning. We asked if they had seasoning salt. They obliged is with a little portion cup and it really kicked up the flavor. You can also add salt and pepper, but this was perfect for our group.

With white cheddar and smoked Gouda. A little heavy on the panko crumbs, but tasty

My 12 year old loved it...

Smoked gouda, farmhouse cheddar and bread crumbs. It doesn't say it in the description but it tastes like there's some seasoning that is similar to the rare bit.
