Grilled perfectly. Plates come with 3 sides. I didn't want 3 so I got double hummus. Lamb was very tender and nicely charred. I of extra for a grilled tomato. Sides are HUGE, so I have leftovers!

Half-rack with honey-mint demi Glace, smashed fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The lamb and sauce were good. The sides were ok.

Vadouvan carrots, bloomsdale spinach, lamb jus. The sauce overwhelmed the meat so it didn't really have that lamb flavor, which I would have wanted. It was a little undercooked.
