Crispy curly fries covered in pulled smoked beef short rib, shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, smoked BBQ sauce, and crispy onions.  Good stuff! This is a limited-time offer and they also have a sandwich with the beef short rib and onions and barbecue sauce. Unfortunately, it's served on Texas toast and the toast is soft, so the sandwich didn't work. But this is a really tasty fast food side!

Crispy crinkle cut fries toppes with pieces of 100% kosher beef sausage, mozzarella cheese and diced bacon, topped with their house sauces : cilantro, garlic, pink and pineapple. Loved it!

Fries cooked in duck fat and topped with duck skin cracklins and duck confit and served with raspberry mustard. Yummy. Just serve me a full plate of that confit though! ❤

I didn't really taste the sauce...it was lost behind the egg yoke (a good thing to be lost behind!). Crispy and tasty fries hold up against the toppings. Yum! #dineLA

schmaltz fries, pollo asado, jalapeño, and cheese wiz, tomatoes and cilantro. It looks like cotija too. It's pretty good, but the serving is enormous! Make sure you have help eating it.

With beer braised pork cheek chili. Rich and interesting flavor. The meat was very tender.

Clam chowder, fries, bacon and green onions. Good, but it's a huge serving... definitely for sharing.

The fries aren't crispy enough, but the seasoning on the fries and meat are really good. The tomatoes don't really add anything to this dish. I added some green onions and that was nice
