Crawfish tails sautéed in étouffée sauce with white rice. Spicy and fantastic!

Really good. Rich and smooth flavor in the etouffee.

Nice rich brown roux. I still think it's ridiculous when a place leaves the tails on the shrimp in a dish that you don't eat with your hands. Smh.

The sauce had a really good flavor but this was practically a soup! Very little rice.
