I'm not usually a big fan of lemon, but this was excellent. Our favorite eclair!

Has mascarpone and is reminiscent of creme Brulee. Delicious

This is on a cookie bade instead of in a Choux pastry. It has a really nice crunch to it.

Madagascar vanilla cream and caramelized pecan pieces. This is a little more understated in its flavor than the others

Passion fruit cream filling. It's unique and really punches you in the face with that flavor

This is a dark chocolate party! I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, but if you are, you will enjoy!

Don't know what these eclairs are, but they are pretty boring after all the others
