With mash potatoes and cepe (mushroom) sauce. I loved the texture of the duck. You can pay for all you can eat at this buffet or you can just buy individual dishes. We didn't know what we would like so we paid for everything , but this one alone would have been only €8. Oh my god!
sweet potato purée | winter citrus | kale. Not the best duck breast I've had, but the accompaniments were fantastic and complimented the dish perfectly.
Half duck roasted with orange reduction, mashed potatoes, and market veg. The potatoes were a little cold, but the duck was really good. The sauce was understated which kept the skin crisper
