8th FREEZING MYSELF TO DEATH
Ladyhawk, West Hollywood
Chef Buddha made this impressive dish on Top Chef World Allstars. Raspberries and raspberry jam, coconut ice and I think the skull was coconut ice cream. It is served on a dish with gauze and dry ice... Great presentation and the end of an incredible meal!

Oooh, this was really nice. Lemon curd was not too tart. There was bruleed marshmallow on top and the speculoos at the bottom is perfect.
17th BANANAS FOSTER
Cole's Chop House, Napa
comes on fire as it continues to caramelize the bananas. The caramel was a little too tough but the banana gelato was nice.

With caramel and chocolate chips. The best of the three desserts.
