Carnitas or Soy Chorizo / Scrambled Eggs / Sautéed Corn Tortilla Chips / Jack Cheese / Ancho Chile Salsa / House-Made Guacamole / Pico De Gallo / Cilantro / Sour Cream. Super yummy!

We enjoyed the carne asada more than the carnitas. Pass on the rice though...

With carnitas and fried eggs. Yesss, just like we make at home! The rice and beans were not great.

Crunchy tortilla chips. Really good. I'd like to try the green sauce next time

Crispy tortilla chips tossed with both red and green sauces. It was great to try them side by side. My husband loves the red sauce but I prefer the green ( which is less spicy). I need to remember to get Chilaquile Verde with carne asada next time. I think that will be the perfect combination for me. I liked the flavor of the beans but the rice is no bueno.

Meat was excellent. Egg was overcooked, but they got me a new one. They also have this breakfast with green sauce.

Nothing mini about this dish! With chorizo and egg. This tastes like breakfast nachos!

This is a very different take on chilaquiles which used two tostadas that were sandwiched around above and under all the other ingredients. Carnitas, black bean, fresno pepper, cabbage, avocado, cotija. This was my husband's favorite dish. We were pleasantly surprised that all the ingredients tasted great together. There's a little too much cabbage and the tostadas were not my preference for chilaquiles. ​

With green salsa (you can also get red salsa). I added Steak Ranchero. The steak had a gristley spot, but otherwise was tender and tasty. Refried beans were really good! Hash browns were crispy (per request). The only problem was the tortillas... they were a little too chewy and almost impossible to get a fork into. I would get it again though to see if that was an exception.

The carnitas are very good, but the chilaquiles are just ok. We did not prefer it with the salsa verde.
