So my last picture was better, but I am testifying here and now that I ate it again today and that it is still amazing!

Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake, Caramelized Apples, Candied Pecans, Salted Butterscotch Sauce. That topping is amazing! Best dessert!

Caramel Cheesecake Topped with Caramel Mousse and Almond Brickle on a Vanilla Crust. So much yum!

An incredible combination of peach cobbler and cheesecake

white chocolate mousse, graham cracker crust, white chocolate shavings. Creamy and light. Delicious.
