5th HASH BROWNS
Beeps Diner, Simi ValleyI am a hashbrown snob. These are pretty thick. What normally happens is that people serve these hash browns and the outside is crisped but the inside is blech, flavorless, sometimes mushy, bland for sure. These where none of that. I usually get my hash browns extra crispy so I can avoid the "hash pales". The inside potatoes are yellow. I wonder if they use butter in it to give it that color and a richer flavor. Whatever they do, it's really good.
