Wow! Biggest bone marrow I've ever seen. crispy on top snd served with baguette slices. Great!

With pickled shallots Vinaigrette, red onion jam and grilled bread. Husband said it was the best bone marrow he'd ever had

Roasted shank bone, mole rojo, fine herb salad, brioche

With toast and salt.

Pickled serrano chili, garlic, arugula. Served with fried corn tortillas. It was good but greasy. Not easy to spread.

There is a red wine reduction and onions on top that drowned out the marrow completely. They grilled the toast (which my husband loved) so it also had a smokey flavor. It was a lot to pay for sauce and toast... #dinela
