AMAZING
1st BEEF TARTARE

Beef tenderloin, arugula, Fresnos, capers, black truffle caviar, Maldon, red onions and focaccia. Excellent!
2nd STEAK TARTARE

capers, lemon, chives, quail eggs, lardo. This was our first tartare... ever. The meat was great quality. I fear capers (really bad the one time I had them before), but these were fine! The only negative thing was that it was very lemony and my husband doesn't prefer that flavor. Is it always lemon forward? Great bread again!
3rd STEAK TARTARE

Meat was perfect. The toast was great. It was on the edge of being a little too lemony. There were some little "seeds" on the plate that were sweet and helped to balance the lemon.
