2nd STEAK TARTARE
Scopa Italian Roots, Los Angelescapers, lemon, chives, quail eggs, lardo. This was our first tartare... ever. The meat was great quality. I fear capers (really bad the one time I had them before), but these were fine! The only negative thing was that it was very lemony and my husband doesn't prefer that flavor. Is it always lemon forward? Great bread again!
