Moist and succulent with a wafer thin crispy skin. Nothing fancy just perfect. :)

I was convinced I would order the lasagne because the ragu is so good but so glad I switched at the last minute.

We pulled up as the pig was roasting. No need to work out supper. You could go for seconds too. Juicy meat and crispy skin. Heaven.
