The flavours were the bomb and I really liked the way the Seitan was seared.

Really great flavour. Vegan chicken with vegetables on a peanut coconut cream sauce

Marinated Seitan wrapped around sugar cane, served with chilli lime sauce and salad

This isn’t on the menu but they made it up for me. 🙏🏼
