A personal favorite, Lucban longganisa is Filipino pork sausage that originates from Lucban, Quezon province. Unlike the sweeter varieties of longganisa found in other regions, Lucban’s version is known for its garlicky, tangy, and slightly herby flavor. Best eaten with fried rice and a sunny egg.
