Halo-halo is a popular Filipino dessert that translates to "mix-mix". It's a shaved ice dessert layered with a variety of ingredients, including fruits, beans, and ice cream. The "mix-mix" aspect comes from the act of combining all the ingredients together in a tall glass, which is then enjoyed with a long spoon.

Part of the Team Lab Borderless experience. Ok to try this one but I wouldn't do it again.
