These dumplings stole the show! Better than the steamed version as this version had added texture - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Not as spicy as it looks. Just right. Delicious!

Delicious at first, but the fatty aftertaste begins to dominate succeeding bites. It was just alright.
