Quality of the duck meat to the fixins to the wrap to the sauce - winner all! Did you know the real way to eat this? Spread some sauce on the wrap, place the duck meat and green onion on top. Wrap it. Eat it. The cucumber is eaten separately after each bite to cleanse the pallette. Because mixing the cucumber with the duck inside the wrap kills the taste of the duck meat. I just learned it recently!!
