The best ramen I’ve ever had!!!

A standard okay tonkotsu ramen, however the best one currently in Tampere!! Milky and fully tasting broth and very well cooked pork belly 🍜

Smoky salmon dashi broth 👌, miso glazed Nordic salmon, bok choy, fennel, ginger, spring onions & brined egg. There were also some pickled toppings which added a very interesting acidic note every few bites 😍

It had a light chicken broth instead of the typical tonkotsu of the rest of the menu, which I really liked as I was going for something lighter...

It was pretty good. So far the only ramen worth to have in Tampere! 🍜

Quite disappointed...

Good broth and meat but unacceptable noodles!!
