2nd TRI-SOTTO FROM ALPENROSE
Schloßwirtschaft Wildenwart, FrasdorfA wonderful creation from the Alpenrose... one of the younger 'wild' chefs in the bunch. A tri-sotto, which is a risotto made from a local Rosenheimer Weissbier with barley instead of rice and house smoked pork, a Carnaroli risotto with sous vide octopus and the last a Potato-Pumpkin-sotto with pink duck breast. Quite the tasty sampler plate. Mr. Carastian thinks a perfect dish.
