AMAZING
1st CALAMARI RISOTTO

Ah good... a 'make your own risotto' kit. Because at these prices you can't expect finished food, right?! ;*) Ok... a calamari 'juice' risotto covered by a gelatinous sac (sorry... the only word to describe we could think of) filled with a liquid catalan blood pudding, a tiny white calamari 'chip' and a squirt of squid ink hither and dither. Now take your fork and mix it all up - WOW!!! Seriously. WOW!!! So much fun to play with your food.

2nd TRI-SOTTO FROM ALPENROSE

A wonderful creation from the Alpenrose... one of the younger 'wild' chefs in the bunch. A tri-sotto, which is a risotto made from a local Rosenheimer Weissbier with barley instead of rice and house smoked pork, a Carnaroli risotto with sous vide octopus and the last a Potato-Pumpkin-sotto with pink duck breast. Quite the tasty sampler plate. Mr. Carastian thinks a perfect dish.

A rather weird choice for a blazing hot summer day... but man, this was one good risotto and fish dish! Light, crispy pan fried fillet over a VERY buttery risotto with a HINT of lemon zest. Simple and perfect.
