cue angles singing.. juicy. Tender. Fall of the bone. Succulent. perfect ribs. A whole gigantic board of them. grilled to perfection over open fire, mopped with this delicious homemade secret sauce. All done in a way that was perfected in the last 40 years. oh, and a biiiig bib for everybody at the table. ;-) it's finger lickin, finger lickin good boys!

The big winner at the table, these sticky ribs are amaze-balls. So moist, spicy and sweet... perfectly cooked, lovely sauce and a meal all by themselves.

Decent ribs - by German standards. In the US you might be shot. But the sauce is a complete and utter joke. Sad to report that this otherwise really good place served this ketchup on the ribs.

Ribs with a view! Not only is this our new favorite cafe due to excellent mountain views and fun playground for the youngun... but this is THE BEST plate of ribs Mrs. C ever had the pleasure of getting stuck in Mrs. Carastian'steeth so far in Germany. Moist, smoky, tangy sweet sauce... finger lickin' good. (And the veggies weren't that bad either, once I bothered to get to them...) For 9,80 Euro this was a bargain.
