Back at the room we had a much better dining experience with a 'ordered in' pizza. 40 cloves of roasted garlic, organic sauce, pepperoni, sausage, portabello mushrooms and green onions - no wonder it won first place in regional pizza competitions. Totally delicious.

Can you believe it? Mr. Carasitan opted for A) the skinny version. and b) the veggie version. what the wha??? it was WON.DER.FUL.! seriously this dish was great. Goats’ cheese, roasted aubergine, artichokes, peppers, slow roasted tomatoes & olives. Toppings go on cold after cooking for a lighter taste. Frkn awesome

Mr. C opted for one of the 'skinny' dishes (featuring 400 calories or less) and truly enjoyed this pizza. Sure it's not smothered in cheese, but it was full of flavor with a nice crisp whole grain thin crust.

While waiting for our lunch, the nice guys of Nouva Firenze bring out this lovely thin crust pizza pane. Light Tomato sauce, sweet and rich, some EVOO, Oregano. yumm-a-rific!

Did I say something along the lines of, 'why pizza when we are close to Italy?' well... thank you, for dragging us into this place, little one. This pizza was perfect. thin crust, wood oven made, half Paradiso Tomato, Spinach, Mozzarella, Mushrooms, Red Onion, half Paradiso Tomato, Zucchini, Eggplant, Capers, Minced Garlic, Oregano, Mozzarella, Pecorino, Sweet Peppers, Red Onion. Wonderful.

now this is odd. as every table OUTSIDE (not the ones inside - so not a full house...) were packed, the chef refused to make his (Standard menu item) onion rings. WHAAA??? granted, they are made from scratch, and tasty. but still.. we substituted with this (really nice!) mini pizza pane. good food. perfect with cocktails.

You can tell by looking at the crust that this was yummy - happily munched while enjoying the 80's music and feel of the garden restaurant. The Restaurant that had this nice overall eighties feel to it. Decore, menue, plates.. and music.
