1st RUMP OF LAMB, CRUSHED MINTED PEAS, DAUPHINOISE POTATOES
Jesus College, Oxfordwhat a beauty. tenderly braised, fall of the bone Timmy (aka Lamb). The flavors were well balanced with the great crunchy minty peas. the Dauphinoise was a bit bland (but hey, we are talking UK (to work on some stereotypes) AND canteen food.;-))) sorry for the blurry pic)
