Another one off the award winner section... Wonderful Asian crab salad, ripe mango, kula greens wrapped in a mamenori hand roll and served with a sweet Thai Chili vinaigrette. Mrs Carastian opted to order with out the crunchy peanuts - which probably would have added some nice texture to the thing but the taste... Fan. Frkn. Tastic. Fresh, perfectly balanced.
