REALLY GOOD
1st SWORDFISH CARPACCIO

A plate of delicious swordfish, some papaya and shrimp marinade and some arugula for color. Wow. What. A. Plate. Seriously. Who would have thunk it at that location?!? Word of advice, in case you are looking - the shrimp is not the US shrimp on steroids. It is what we call in Germany Nordseekrabben. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crangon_crangon
2nd BEEF CARPACCIO

Mr. Carastian's starter - or as a colleague said: almost a whole dinner in itself. generous portion of carpaccio, with parmesa, some fungi porcini, and arugula for color (for @FFB;-)). actually the weakest dish of the night, imho, as the porcini were sautéed in waaaaaay to much EVOO. so they greased up a little bit. And Mr. Carastian was expecting raw beautiful fragrant slices of those perfect shrooms.
3rd BEEF CARPACCIO

Starter in the business class. Gotta day pleasantly surprised - meat was not too cold (as it sometimes is on a flight), with some mushrooms and salad - a good start.
