"Turos csusza" pasta with cottage cheese is an is an other classic Hungarian dish. The Hungarian name of the dish, ‘túrós csusza’ refers to the fact that this type of pasta is often very slippery due to the sour cream.

This porcini (boletus) plate was a speciality of the place. We visited this restaurant during the main season of porcini.

First time in my life I ate Tarfuffo Bianco. Yummie it was fantastico:)
