My wife is anti sea food so she was happy to find a roll made with tempura chicken. It wasnt really sushi per se but it was visually stunning and tasted really good

Finally got to try a sushi burrito! How exciting, I figured I would have to wait till I went out west to have one of these. It was stuffed with rice, eel, fish roe, spicy tuna and eel sauce. Delicious
