My go to Poke bowl in Santa Clarita

Yuzu yellowtail, leaf lettuce, red onion, sweet corn, yuzu tobiko, pickled cucumber, mango pico de gallo, onion crunch, & yuzu aioli

Tempura Shrimp, spicy tuna, and crab salad. Along with rice, pickled veggies, nori, and spicy mayo.

The spicy mayo wasn’t my favorite, but the fish was all fresh.

Not the greatest cuts of salmon... kind of tough.
